These terms describe the basis on which SER Home & Property Care provides cleaning services.

Estimates: Starting prices shown on this website are estimates. A final price is confirmed with you before service based on the property and selected options.

Scheduling: We schedule service by mutual agreement. Please provide accurate access details so we can complete the work.

Access: If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a fee may apply as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Payments: Payment is due as agreed for the service provided. Online payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Service concerns: If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the concern as described in our Refund & Service Resolution Policy.
